Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the ezsip telephony software ("ezsip" or "the product") provided by Tecxar Consultants Pvt. Ltd ("Tecxar," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tecxar regarding your use of ezsip.

• 1.1 By accessing or using ezsip, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use ezsip.

• 2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use ezsip. By using ezsip, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. .
• 2.2 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tecxar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use ezsip for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.
• 2.3 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use ezsip for any illegal, unauthorized, or improper purposes. You shall not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. You shall not interfere with the operation or functionality of ezsip or its associated systems. Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of ezsip or its users' data is strictly prohibited. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of ezsip or attempt to derive its source code. Modification, adaptation, translation, or creation of derivative works based on ezsip without prior written consent from Tecxar is not allowed.

• 3.1 Ownership: Tecxar retains all rights, title, and interest in and to ezsip, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any right or license to use the ezsip name, logo, or any other trademarks or service marks of Tecxar.
• 3.2 User Content: By using ezsip, you may submit or share content, including but not limited to messages, call records, voicemail, and user-generated data. You retain ownership of your user content, and you grant Tecxar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, and publicly display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving ezsip.

• 4.1 Your use of ezsip is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using ezsip, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• 5.1 Ezsip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Tecxar does not warrant that ezsip will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. You acknowledge and agree that your use of ezsip is at your sole risk.

• 6.1 Tecxar reserves the right to modify or terminate ezsip, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use ezsip after any modifications to the Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

• 7.1 ezsip is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child, please contact us immediately, and we will take appropriate steps to remove the information.

• 8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ezsip shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

• 9.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

• 10.1These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tecxar regarding your use of ezsip and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written.
